The ToolRank Score (0-100)

Every tool receives a composite score based on five weighted dimensions:

Grade Scale

  • A (80-89): Excellent choice for most teams
  • B+ (70-79): Strong option with minor trade-offs
  • B (60-69): Good for specific use cases
  • C (50-59): Consider alternatives

Data Sources

We collect data from multiple sources and update regularly:

  • Pricing: Scraped from official pricing pages (updated weekly)
  • Reviews: Aggregated from G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius (updated monthly)
  • Features: Extracted from official documentation and pricing pages
